2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to book services, with the balance due 30 days before your wedding date. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once without penalty.

4. Service Guarantee

We guarantee professional, punctual service using high-quality products. If you're not satisfied with your trial, we'll provide one complimentary redo.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We carry professional liability insurance and are not responsible for allergic reactions to products when proper patch testing is declined.
